Part-Time Live-In Companion
If you are an intuitive, soft-spoken, organized, open-minded, locally-settled, and caring human being in his 20s or 30s who often takes initiative, sometimes likes to laugh at little things, and occasionally would enjoy responsibly unwinding with brownies and a glass of wine (or other drinks) while listening to music and having light-hearted conversations, this part-time job may be for you!
My name is Mike. I'm a driven professional with cerebral palsy. I'm seeking stable and steady live-in help for approximately 8 days per month . Your responsibilities will include helping with bathing, dressing, driving, eating, etc. plus some help networking and going out to have fun (when COVID permits). No experience required, but must be open-minded, soft-spoken, and happy to learn.
I like to work hard, laugh, listen to 90's pop or county music pretty loud sometimes, strive to a better person with each new day, wake up grateful for a new day.
I'm a driven creative entrepreneur wanting to inspire and make a positive difference in the world.
I also like to laugh and be silly, and really enjoy connecting with others and sharing life's subtle experiences. I'm on a mission to leave this world a better than I entered it while enjoying the little moments of joy.
The only hate in my heart is for raw onions. I'm not easily offended, and even poke fun at my disability- like Timmy on Southpark.

Even if you have little or no experience , you can easily be trained on the day-to-day tasks necessary to help Mike thrive. The most important thing is that you have a strong desire to make a difference - for Mike and for all the people you’ll help through him.
Mike is a highly intelligent young man who is driven for success. His mind is sharp, his music is extraordinary, his laughter is contagious, and it’s impossible to be around him without getting caught up in his positive outlook on life.

You’ll make a direct impact in the world while enjoying stability, personal growth, and living life to the fullest.
You’ll learn by doing as you assist Mike hands-on in his daily living tasks, including bathing and hygiene, dressing, eating/drinking, transferring from bed/wheelchair/toilet, toileting (including daily suppositories and occasional enemas), driving, working out at the gym, light housekeeping and laundry.
