•Personal Assistants (PAs) eliminate (or drastically reduce) the effects of the limitations of physical disabilities
–PAs are employed by persons with disabilities to provide assistance with personal and/or professional tasks of everyday life
–Tasks involved are just assisting basic daily activities that everyone does for themselves
–For example, you do the following for yourself:
Personal Assistants
Go to work/on job interviews
Go out with friends
Go on dates
Go to the mall/shopping
Go to the movies, concerts, nightclubs, parties, etc.
Get out of bed
Get ready for the day Eat/Drink
Use the restroom
Make phone calls
Drive
